Depending on the season, the visitor has the opportunity to experience the various cultivation practices that take place in the vineyards of the Community. He has the opportunity to find out and learn about the differences between traditional and modern forms of vineyard cultivation. The only boutique winery in the Community, G. Theophanous Winery – Ktima Theophanous Ltd as part of its activities for alternative forms of tourism, undertakes organised tours of the vineyards of the Estate with explanation and practical application of the various seasonal activities. Also, visitors have the opportunity to watch and actively participate in the process of collecting and vinification grapes, to learn about the history of the Sultanina in Pissouri and the art of vinifying grapes.
