The modest church of Agios Alexandros was constructed in 1990 at the expense of Mrs. Galatas G. Kyriazi on land donated by Mr. Leonidas Liasidis Kotzias. In the past, a big bush of trimithia and ropes served as a place of prayer for devout Christians. On the branches of the bushes, sick children hung various articles of clothes for the Saint to heal.
His memory is celebrated on August 30 and December 12.
